I think first problem with Valeera is that she should never had 2 sets of abilities.

And if they gave her two sets of abilities, she sohuld have like 4-5 talents per tier to chose from…

We were talking about being killed in the duration of cheap shot. That is certainly longer than that and the target will have plenty of time to react. Hardly a “1 shot.”

Ming still has 1232 hp. So even just with Cheapshot and not with the (that time) better Ambush, she dealt more than 100% hp of Ming in 1.5 sec. Your point?

The point was she wasn’t used all that much by pros or in ranked, so she clearly wasn’t actually broken. You change the topic yet again.

Iirc you said she wasn’t used at all. And since even with cheapshot she could literally one shot Ming and everyone with fewer hp, yes she was op at lvl 20. The reason the pros didn’t use her often was that she was like a Naz who can’t clear lanes, but that doesn’t mean the Hero is not op, just because it’s op later and hard to get there.
