I’m not sure if it’s an in-game issue or my account has been deleted.
The thing is when I run the game I see my profile on the upper right corner along with my level which is 115, but when I click on it the window that opens is empty. My hero list is also completely empty and the only icon is “Auto Select”. All game modes say “This play mode is currently disabled” and the store is also unavailable. I appreciate if you could tell me what the problem is and what I should do to fix it.
PS. Based on my internet search for the solution I did the following things:
deleting all .idx files in the data folder and repairing the game, trying different regions, deleting Heroes of the Storm folder in the documents folder, re-logging and running game with VPN and also restarting my PC

Check and make sure you’re on the right server. If you boot the game in a different region by accident, your account does not transfer over.
It’s not because of the wrong server. I’ve played only in Europe server before and now my hero list is empty in all three servers. The only difference between them is in Europe server I can see my 12k gold in upper right corner of the screen and in other servers it’s zero because of what you mentioned that account does not transfer over.
has anyone had blizzard resolve this problem?
This has just happened to me, all my heroes and items are gone! I do have the play modes available though
I have tha same problem, all my heroes and loot was gone, I also cannot connect to Europian server anymore. Ive plaid this game like 7 or more years. And everything just gone. Also Blizzard support cannot help wit this. Sending me here. But it definitely can be fixed as in game issues through data that they have.
