Wanting to watch some old HotS replays. The game says “All data files must be fully downloaded to load this version of the game.”
Fine, except the download speed is abysmal. It has to download like 1000 MBs but it just goes back and forth between 100 KB/s and 1 MB/s. Just used speedtest to check my computer’s download speed and it was at about 122 MB/s. What gives? Why is the download speed so ridiculously slow? How do I make it download faster?
