My search time has reached 1000 seconds multiple times in ARAM without finding a match, same with quick match when its normally under 60 seconds. I requeue a few times around 1000 seconds but I let a quick match for all the way to 2100 seconds and still no game found. Anything I can do? I’ve reset my network, cleared dns cache, and verified I can join other blizzard games (like overwatch and wow) It also does not say im in the leaver queue, or im unaware where that would be listed at? Currently in an ARAM queue thats at 2700 seconds
Might want to mention geographic region you are playing in. HotS does try to match geographically to some extent so some areas such as Australia might have longer search times due to lower player pool size. Additionally time of day matters a lot with local night times usually having a lot lower player pool size than day times.
