Oh then i don’t know.
Personally, I had been playing close to 20 games a day for the last 2 months or even more since the virus start. I play with me and another master and then usually a diamond 1 or 2 friend we have. I do think amount played makes a huge difference.
I agree with this. Mine was when I was forced to stay home for weeks for a heart issue. I pretty much played non stop. I was always the nice guy asking the irate players to keep thing civil. I’m sure that tag line caused them to report me, which was my downfall.
Maybe you can if we rename us selfs Brightwing the Accuser like the Ronan from Guardian of the Galaxy.
Now i imaging BW with a accuser skin ![]()
I can just repeat what i already said:
There is no need to behave in Blizzard games, because you get banned anyways.
I will stop being quite literally the most toxic a**hole imaginable, when i get my main account with almost all heroes unlocked and good skins for every hero that i like to play, back.
Until then… Xaxaxaxaxa ))))))))))))) vodka blyat! And remember to uninstall the game and burn your pc!
This is not true. In Hots, the reporting system is automatic, no one checks the reports, and thou can throw reports on players in unlimited quantities - in fact, this is an abus. I have never seen anything like it in any other game. So do not here yer la-la-la.
@Luyk
Remember WoW?
Man… having GMs was amazing… actual real people, that went completely insane with the RP.
I literally once talked to a GM for like 30 minutes, and… that was more exciting than actual WoW lore XD
I’ve often found myself being trolled by a group of people. And then getting reported by all of them despite being triggered and trolled by them the entire game and then receiving a silence on my account…
This is a funny post from my perspective. I am in ANZ where there is about 80 people at most on during peak times. Now within that 80 there is 1 person who always trolls and a couple of people that troll if losing etc. After finishing a game someone will write in the ANZ group chat “report xxxxxxx” for AFK. Obviously these are going nowhere because the same person is still playing months later.
I don’t know how people are actually getting banned and must be pretty consistently getting reported.
I very much dislike people who abuse or throw games, but I’m not fond of a mob mentality that you describe. A chat channel shouldn’t be used to call on people to report a player, doing so is actually against the rules.
If the people you asked in channel didn’t play a game with that player during that session or directly interact with them, then any reports made against them won’t count. I’m not defending any trolls, but reports are only counted (and rightly so) from players matched directly with a player in game, or if they entered the chat channel in question and interacted.
Otherwise it’s false reporting and that’s trolling almost on the same level as the trolls you’re calling out. I agree with you they should improve reporting for the AFK/Grief system, but witch hunts aren’t the way to go about it.
I’ll be honest; you probably deserved being silenced. It takes a LOT of reports for this to happen and the last time the system was insanely abusable was a few years ago, when Grubby of all people was mass reported.
Banned though? What did you do to get banned? Blizzard doesn’t ban except for cheating, really. The silence system exists so they don’t have to ban toxic players, who are going to make up a massive percentile of the playerbase.
That being said on the off chance that you’re being totally forthcoming here and Blizzard is simply stonewalling you; you can threaten legal action in small claims court. That at least will get them to disclose more details (if they don’t show up, a judgement in your favor is likely as long as you request something reasonable like the money you’ve paid in HotS to be refunded).
I like how banned people alway tell the $$$ they spend. You don’t have more or less right to be toxic if you spend more money.
That’s not true, they do ban for chat offenses. If you get silenced three times, your account will get banned.
Hmmm. Didn’t know that. Well that’s an oversight on their part and in that case the OP should threaten Blizzard with legal action in small claims court. And no, Blizzard do not verify every case. I’ve caught them lying about it in the past in the very rare instances Ive had to deal with false bans.
Here is the link to the Blizzard announcement about it when they introduced it in 2018.
Yeah what kind of idiot decided on that policy? I mean if every instance was manually verified, okay but this is mostly automated.
Small claims court doesn’t cost much and they’d require Blizzard support their actions - as in some cases they’re taking away paid products under a flimsy EULA filled with illegal and unenforceable clauses.
I agree with that, the game we have today its too easy to give up on a game and have no penalty for that, I think a good will system would be awesome, then you could start be matching up with players with the same good will as you.
that would be a good solution for trolls… let them play with themselves.
In Europe they literally have to refund the money if they ban you. And no, their bullsh*t enduser agreement doesn’t override the law.
So what are they going to do now? Superban them? What a joke!
I agree with most things you said, it’s problematic and I see where you’re coming from, but you sound a lot like a guy who will lose control very easily, and I assume that is the reason you were banned. Just mute all, in hero league and other modes, and play with friends in Team League.
