So every time I bring a new friend into the game they get really frustrated because they cannot recognize other heroes (enemy or friendly) because of skins. I don’t know why a button has not been implemented to enable/disable hero skins. For instance even if I disabled hero skins on my screen everyone else would still be able to see their own/others heroes skins. This would help keep my friends from raging and quitting the game.
The only reason I can think of why this hasn’t been made a part of the game is because:
- No one of the development team has thought of this (kinda hard to believe).
- Developers believe this will hurt their profits and people will not buy skins. ( Easy to believe since the company has become so enthralled with the monies. )

It’s obviously an administrative division of infantry forces into groups of around a hundred.
Obviously I understand what the primary purpose of a company is. But there is a point where a great game becomes just a good game because you are making the game for your investors instead of the players. The whole point of this post is to inform the devs of a simple change that could help them keep new players. Thanks for reading.

I agree with that. Many times i have messed up mistaking a hero for another simply due to skin. Sylvanas and Tyrande could look very similar, they both have a blood elf skin that while different, look similar in game. I have made a mistake of thinking Anubarak was Zagara.
But they cannot implement the button. It would make things easier on new players, but people wearing special skins are an ad. They have something cool so other wish to make the purchase.
Honorable mention is Sonya taking that dark armor with red eyes and abathar cloning her. You don’t know which sonia is the real one.
I have to agree overall keeping a player around is worth it and they will eventually turn this feature off and get skins themselves.
strongly agreed here. i stopped HOTS bcz of the skin and not being standard. i wish such function should be enable soon!
