I have the same problem (not EU server though). I can’t get into ranked games. I can get into unranked fine. The longest I’ve waited was 900 sec. I usually give up after the wait time doubles. I asked others in unranked if they were having the same issue. 80% of them were (small sample size though)

Same problem here. I can only say it´s not a pc-problem, it´s account specific. On my account i cannot find a game for HOURS, even though estimated wait time says 50 seconds. My friend can find a game on MY PC in seconds on his account.

Can you link your hotslogs account or do you know what your MMR is? The system seems to have large troubles finding matches at the extreme ends of the spectrum (low bronze and high GM) due to lack of players in those MMR ranges.

There are many people with your username. Could this be your account?

It is definitely account specific since your friend on his account finds games instantly.

Update was able to join Ranked game Today 14/06/19
Before i tried to join solo or with my two friends (which the issue started while playing with them). To fix the issue i joined with a random player (he was gold ranked also had the issue) to tried to join a game and it worked.

so basically nothing got fixed, you can just play with a party.

I have the same issue was in ranked queue for 5000 sec and ended up giving up. Please fix this blizzard.

I have no link to my account ready right now, but it was gold 3 and my friends account was platinum. So it really shouldnt be the issue :confused:

I am also suffering from this bug, its been over 2000 seconds for rank search while the rest of the game modes are fine

This is happening to me as well. I haven’t been able to play a Storm League game in a while cause the queue never pops.

I just want to add a “me too” post as I can’t play storm league anymore.

One evening, I played 2 storm league games with ~1 minute of queue each, I queue again just after and this one never pops. I tried again (always prime time EU, Silver 2) and it’s the same, even if I wait 20 minutes I don’t get a game.

Factors that could have contributed:

  • before those 2 games I hadn’t played for over a month
  • I had not that many games overall this season so overall maybe still high uncertainty on my rank
  • I was on a minor winning streak which combined with high uncertainty might have caused my MMR to diverge from my rank

Hello Blizzard ? Can we have some sign of life please ? To be quite frankly:

I paid quite some money into that account, that is literally unplayable right now. This is not the kind of problem to be ignored. If you cannot fix it right now, you could at least acknowledge it in some other way than “post in a forum about it”.
It could be on the “known issues list” for example…

The product i paid for is not functioning and we cannot even open tickets for this game, that´s how low it´s on the priority list, what a joke.

Stormleague waiting time is endless if i want to Play solo.
In a Group it works ….

I have the same problem as OP, I had the hope it would be fixed with end of preseason but that suddenly was moved for another 2 months so the issue still persists.

All these 1-2 post fake bot accounts keeping spamming all these threads with “pls help”, “pls fix”, what a horrible section of the forums.
