Hello, I am looking at almost every day with great pleasure all the grandmasters since day one. In Youtube I have correctly configured the connection with Blizzard account and under each live I see the symbol with the diamond and the word “Connected”. The 2h of vision I have exceeded for days now … but in the game rewards no card pack rewards, why? How can I check if everything is ok? In twitch there is the progress bar but here not.
Thank you.
I think I may have read somewhere on the forums… 48hrs or such…maybe givin once Master’s ends…maybe…
I’ve got mine connected am I’m planning on watching today…so we’ll see I guess.
Still received no packs either and I’ve been watching with a fully connected youtube account since Friday. I’m not a fan of how there was no progress bar or checks anywhere to get some feedback on how you’re doing.
I don’t like that either, but I’m not gonna worry myself over it…either I get them or I don’t.
It’s the first I’ve watched of the esport tourney. I liked it because it’s just a tad less boring than watching games on twitch.
Speaking of twitch… I think I read that there are progress bars for watching tournaments using twitch… Check it out… Me? I’m lazy, to much effort for me not to just use YouTube.
I also have not received the drops despite that I watched more than 4 hours. I had the diamond symbol . It sucked that there was no feedback otherwise.
Problems reported here in ‘Bug Report’ don’t actually get seen by Hearthstone support. You have to submit to Support for them to actually look into it.
Same here. This is what support said but it doesn’t work. The packs are stuck somewhere.
My name is Game Master Tarethla! I got your issue here about the Hearthstone packs you’d earned from watching the Grandmasters.
I’ve taken a look over this for you, and I do see two packs having been awarded to your account, though I don’t see them having shown up in game yet.
So I’ve first tried refreshing things for you to see if that may help. Another thing that may help is to try logging into into other regions of the game to see if that will get them to show up, as whey’re they’re meant to be for all regions, sometimes switching and then logging back into your normal region can get it to update.
If not, then I’d recommend to post what had happened on our bug report forums - https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/c/bug-report/8 - that way our developers can look into this further to see if there are any other issues with the packs being delivered.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do let us know!
Thank you for taking the time to read my response, and again, thank you for your patience with the wait tonight. Take care and be safe in your travels! <3
Has this worked for anyone? I only have one account…well actually two, but the other I don’t use anymore though I can still access it…it was an account that I created back in 2014. I don’t use it because the computer it was created on was compromised and funds from an old debit card was stolen…so I’m not comfortable using it. Either way both of my accounts are for (americas) region.
I plan to watch the continuation of Grandmasters mainly because I liked watching, however, I’m curious about that as well. Though I’ve been watching with Youtube, I’ve been doing it via Blizzard’s Esports page, and I always make sure I’m logged into my account.
Let’s see if someone may know more about this…
If I may ask, is there any issues, or delays with receiving GM’s pack drops? Could one of you clarify this, please, and Thank you.
Finally yesterday, with the publication of the nerf, the pack were sent to my account … I suggest to all those who were in same my situation (diamond with “connected” written under the live video) to wait very patiently, perhaps the pack to be sent are many and in this period the postmen are overloaded
I’ve still yet to get mine, although thinking back it may be due to my own error…
When I first started watching I kept refreshing my screen… Logging into, and out of my Blizzard account… As well, as switching between two channels (one on YouTube’s actual site and the one embed on the Blizzard website).
So, it’s probably that during doing this that my watch time kept being reset, ergo, never reaching the minimum watch requirements.
Oh well, I’ll just have to tune back in this weekend… I planned on that anyways.
Note: Only reason I kept inquiring about it was thinking of the possibility of it being a bug… If so I was seeking to get it resolved…
@Blizzard - See Blizz this is why that with the multitude of bugs in the last batch of patches, I and maybe even others are stuck in a “Bug awareness mode”. Every little thing that goes wrong, I’m like… Oh no is this another bug.
I digress… I suppose I should take my own advice and practice more patience.
