Receiving this message when logging in. Restarted the game, battle.net, my pc. Nothing is working.

same here, have tried to shutdown battlenet and start it up again, also tried to repair the installation, nothing seems to fix it.
Same thing happening here. Restarted HS, restarted Battle.net client, restarted PC. The issue persists.

Scan and repair fixed it for me.
I just got the very same error as well. I scanned and repair with Battle Net launcher, it worked for me.

Issue logging in as well. Did a repair, did a rescan. Logged out twice and logged back in and still not able to connect.
Scan and repair also fixed the issue for me. Although it did say, “Scan Complete. No Repair Required”.
Whatever, HS launches now.
A rip and replace cleared the error for me.
Yep. Same here, but I managed to clear it. Read on.
Crashed with that message at the end of a match on my nephew’s account, game crashed, then symptoms as described above after that.
All troubleshooting options, except reinstall were taken, but could not get back in.
Testing both of my accounts, on all three regions, and the same PC, I had no problems.
When I logged back into my nephew’s account, the “update” was apparently that part of his February season reward wasn’t awarded earlier. Working now.
