Hello, I just started to have disconnection issues, I can’t play “duels” after I join it drops me after 3 min with the following message: “You are currently offline, you must reconnect before you can proceed. However, you can still access your collection offline”. At standard mode I can complete the game but after the game ends it drops me again with the same message. This just started to pop since last patch/update with the new pre-purchase bundle and Duels added. I just tried other Blizzard games (Overwatch, HOTS, WC3 reforged) and I don’t have any issues, I can play them without any problem, I also tried on other games and I don’t have any disconnection issues either.
Battlenet app shows “disconnect” and then it connects again it seems like an intermittent connection problem but it only affects me on Hearthstone games.
In addition I have disconnected and connected my router, restarting PC, etc all the standard topics to refresh my LAN connection and the issue still exist only when I play Hearthsone.
Could this be happening because of being near of bnet-maintenance/hour?
Hey, Bimbox! Does this consistently happen and does it only happen in specific modes (ie. Solo, Arena, etc)? Are you able to try another connection to test and if so, does this work?
If the hotpost works, could you include a WinMTR test? Run the test until the problem occurs for 5 to 10 minutes, using the IP Address: us.actual.battle.net . Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

I play on new Mac, with 600 mbps speed, but when I open Hearthstone , first only collection is available. And when I try to start game in any mode it says ‘‘You are currently offline. However…’’
How can I fix it?
Throwing mine in here, since in the other thread people are saying the game is fixed for them while it’s still broken for me.

i dont think anyone will reply since is a very old post , but from you logs the problem seems in the middle network …
The 100.99 is still a local network , the 137.221 is Blizzard owned ip ( UK ? ) , between there should be your internet provider infrastructure and other infrastructure like “transport providers” i don’t know the real name.
The fact there are alot of No response don’t tell us where the problem actually is but seems not related to blizzard.
edit: the last ip 185.60 is owned by blizzard but google say is situated in EU , some report the netherlands , some France , are you playing from/on EU ?
Playing on EU server yeah. NA server works for me but my collection is all on EU, playing from Oceania
