It makes up without even exaggerating 70% of my opponents. It has a 5% higher win rate than the next highest deck in top 1k as well, being 62%.

Yeah… Renathal was dumb given how much on a razors edge the meta was balanced by everyone being able to explode each other at around the same time.
Now that is pretty much fully ruined, and not even worth fixing because the problem (Renathal) will be gone in a few weeks (although it would be nice if it was gone much sooner)

Played 5 games today as DK.
All 5 were against Brann Warrior.
I’d love to see Mage.

I’m taking a break on ladder for a few days because of this. So many XL Warriors and i cannot blame them. It’s a good deck.

XL Warrior is the one of the worst decks in the game lol, Mage is the best. Plus Big Spell Mage is Warrior’s worst matchup by far as well and it’s also the most popular deck right now by far.
Any time the game slows down a bit, boomboss comes out to ruin all the fun
That one card benifits more than any other from a control meta
BSM is a tempo monster with the amount of waves it can make though to be fair

Depends where on the ladder you are playing it. Even in top 200 there’s players playing it. It can’t be that bad.
I destroy BSM with Blood DK so there’s also that.

It can when the game is designed around it. When it’s largely these kind of scam combo decks shifting 1 turn of lethal is just disgustingly massive even with a consistency drop.

I actually said it was going to kill the format yesterday, before it was even widely played.
It’s one of the most reliable decks in this meta and especially against BSM. It just happens to get destroyed by Brann Warrior when they get the Boss down on curve or close to it. Ironically i am NOT playing Renathal in my BBB DK deck. 30 cards is just fine.

I’m a bit shocked at that, though, especially with all the rune restrictions that got removed, allowing so many cards that wouldn’t have been allowed in previous years.
I can already get to 50 or more. if i stick one in a Tidepool i could go to 60+. 50 is pretty good though for keeping the BSM and aggressive decks at bay till you take control around turn 5-6. If DK didn’t have so much healing i might want more but it’s not necessary.
The deck is only going to get more powerful once they reveal two cards we know to be coming for Triple Blood DK.

I made my own homebrew version, like 5-6 cards difference from NoHands’, and currently 29-10 with it, 11 wins in a row xD
Pretty sure I haven’t seen anything as broken as this before

Because of the 40 card decks now, they now also run Zola the Gorgon so that they can play Boomboss 6 times with double Battlecry each so now they can delete 108 cards (Fizzle + Gorgon + Boomboss)
It’s the greediest thing out there
