Some have already returned and gone.

Mainly want them to bring back certain hero portaits previously was only missing 1 single portrait that being the firelands malfurion portrait as I stoopidly ended the quest before getting it. And also now missing 2nd one the Yrel the Knight skin due to picking the bg option in the duo bg event instead of the standard option thought could have done both or got both rewards now locked out. Will they ever bring back either of these 2 I’m still annoyed how they handled the duo event should have let us do both as you either permanently can’t get the bg hero portrait or permanently can’t get the paladin hero portrait such a dumb lockout system.
Nowadays they do put returning portraits back in the shop but they are mostly paid ones
