I have been dealing with this issue for months now and still no resolution I am playing on my Samsung galaxy S9 phone have unlimited data. The game will not launch unless connected to wifi ived tried many things like others have done to no avail. I’ve cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled the game everything. Nothing has work the only way I can play is when I’m connected to wifi in which I dont always have access to. Its kind of nerve racking this issue still has not been resolved. I’ve seen others with the same issue back in May and thats around the same time I started having the same issues. Honestly I may just permanently quit the game completely and delete if the issue isn’t fixed soon. I’ve been a loyal hearthstone fan since the beginning but I’m unsure how much longer I can deal with the issues the game has had as of late.

Blizxard has failed us. They haven’t even addressed the issue in over half a year later. They just don’t care anymore.
