Me too. This sucks, I only play arena and do not want to play practice mode to unlock arena now. Blizz needs to fix this asap.

Same issue, occurs on both PC and mobile.
It was previously playable, it’s only now that it’s not.

I had this p r o b l e m, you need to go to practice, then beat the demon hunter with whatever class you want. T h a t will fix the bug. I s u b m i t t e d tickets to four different GMs who were useless and couldn’t help me.
