It would be nice to get someone from Blizzard say “We get it, we hear you, paladins and druids are just OP right now, we are working on a balance and will have it updated in 24hrs”. But everyone just gets angrier because none of us are feeling heard. This company is really riding its own name, and it’s just collapsing into dirt.
I remember when Peter griffin rode the dragon falcor from never ending story, except Peter are the managers/owners of blizzard/microsoft and falcor is all the fun IPs and games we used to have…
Blizzard only wants two things from you, your time, the most precious thing you own, and your money, in exchange it gives you beautiful things, waste of time, frustration and nervousness
bc they are not OP, that’s simple.
It is even not a situation when you need high skills to see that a deck is not OP.
Just play any old hyper aggro deck.
Imbue Priest, Pain DH or:
Wow, who could expect that! Playing an old aggro deck just works! Heini seems to be disliking aggro in general, his opinion is valid. Probably they will do smth IF this aggro meta doesn’t change, but I doubt it will not change. While you haven’t just tried anything before claiming that smth is so OP that need urgent nerfs.
I don’t dislike aggro in general. (Otherwise, I wouldn’t play Menagerie.) In fact, I believe aggro decks are healthy for the meta, so control decks don’t become excessively greedy. I would just like every major playstyle, aggro, midrange, control and combo, to be viable. In my perfect world, every expansion would bring one new viable deck/archetype of each playstyle.
This is the goal.
It is normal to see aggro decks in the early days of the new expansion. Control decks need time to adapt. They will come later.
And when strong control decklists will be established, maybe combo decks will appear.
