I do not understand if your hero is a Naga Queen, why the algorithm absolutely refuses to give you Naga in the draw. What a surprise it was a horrible loss that cost me points because I was not given in this case, needed Naga. Algorithms can be manipulated. If players can be stuck with a team specific hero, then every draw should have at least ONE per refresh. There is no way I would ever pay for this game as long as it remains flawed like this…

Sorry you got bad RNG, but that’s hearthstone.
That’s quite literally a hero power in of itself, Ysera in particular. You do not need Nagas in order to activate her ability. You also don’t need to go Nagas the entire game in order to end up with them at the end of the game.
Here’s a bit of advice about battlegrounds. Rolling is bad, the more you roll the more likely you are to be in the bottom 4. Take what the game gives you and work with it.

I’m sorry but that’s not good enough. I can’t stand it when something is flawed, be it Hearthstone, Star Wars (Disney version) or whatever, and instead of addressing how it could be better, people defend mediocrity. Any player playing demons should NOT have to wait a hundred turns for a damage canceller. Incompetent programming… or flat out cheating… however you call it, this means the game will not be worth paying for until the situation is fixed…
Stop forcing tribes. Learn to adapt and make the best with what youre given.

The more you spend money the better RNG you have i am sure of it almost , what i am sure of is if you are a streamer you have like 1000x better RNG in rolls and fight outcomes for sure !!! I laughed the few times i saw 1-2 ( streamers that used to play 1+years back ) because i’ve never seen even 1/10th of RNG they got, starting with godlike best possible tribe up to insane fights getting draw or even a win where it shouldnt be possible … while i keep losing 99.9% fights chance to win 3+ times in a row. Its rigged, and i am very surprised people are not gathered to make a lawsuit at this point

Had similar issue with the hero that gives you a mech every time 9 minions die. No mechs anywhere in the tavern until I was at like 2 health. Ofc my band was a mishmash, was a pretty bad RNG game overall. One where seeing the type of luck I was getting, should have conceded, but don’t want to lose that precious rating for being last. It’s a lot to make up when you need to be in top 3 just to gain a little bit.
