Hearthstone and Starcraft II refuse to load when I have RivaTuner Statistics Server (RSS) OSD on. Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm work fine with it.
Although RSS does code hooking, it isn’t a cheat and just displays CPU/GPU/RAM/FPS statistics. Shouldn’t it be added to your exceptions?
