I crafted him with my first packs of the opening. Only to have it stripped down to it’s generic form . I want my card back. How can i fight this?!!!
Patchwerk is a core card. It cannot be manually crafted golden. There was a bug that gave everyone all the golden core DK cards for free without having to unlock them like all the other classes. This was fixed, so to unlock it, you need 500 wins as DK.

I’d say fight this dumb brain by jumping on their website and do some research. Therein you will find you can’t craft Core cards, so you either had it by accident or you earned it without realizing it. Sounds like rbr is correct and the bug applies here.
