Next to the “play” button, there’s a gear icon.
Click it and look for “scan and repair.” Click that, and see if that fixes it.
If it doesn’t work, there something that involves the cache folder, but for that, look up the troubleshooting article, it’s too detailed and I don’t recall all the steps.
