They’re waiting for you to get over it and keep playing and giving them your time/money. It’s either that or they’re waiting for you to quit because they figure you’re addicted to the game enough that you’ll be back sooner or later.
Only way to “win” this scenario is to uninstall and quit giving hearthstone any of your time or energy or money ever again. Or, you’ll be waiting a long long time if you think they’re going to do anything about those cards anytime soon, if ever.
