When is this going to be FIXED?

It’s been over 24 hours since the Update and I still have zero access to Hearthstone since the update. Now it’s stuck in Entering Tavern Screen.

This should not happen and if I want to play, I have to play on a sever where I don’t have any decks or any cosmetics as I’ve only ever put money into the NA server. So I have to play on EU.

Every single time you guys come out with an UPDATE there’s always problems. And it seems like they are getting worse. Almost 7 weeks after season 10 launched my game kept constantly crashing. It was the most frustrating time I’ve ever had because it was all on your end and you guys couldn’t fix whatever the issue was in a timely manner. 7 weeks later, better late than never you guys finally managed to fix it. And what was so infuriating about it is that you guys would update the bug report saying it was resolved when it wasn’t.

Now can’t even access NA at all.

Talk about terrible hearthstone experience. In all my 10 years of playing this game… it’s never been as bad as this.

What is the point is being loyal to the game if this is what keeps happening?

Whenever Destiny 2 goes down, at least Bungie keeps frequent updates to advise the progress of it being resolved. There’s absolutely nothing except silence from you guys, except that you guys are aware of and are looking it to it.

It would be nice if you guys would be keeping us up to date as to when this is going to be resolved, or at the very least an update to the next status update.

I’m so frustrated right now.

hearthstone is a scam especially arena game mode, delete hearthstone and save your time and your money, blizzard is under investigating by many governments, take care

Been trying to log in since patch update yesterday. It’s bricked on every game play. I lost 40 packs of cards and area tickets… applied for help 4 times and got the AI chat bot responses of how to reset game and that if I check the cards, I’ll see the new ones. I did not.

FIX THE GAME and put out a statement finally!

I think we deserve a Bundle for free for this error that has caused us to be locked out of our accounts for days now, since we can’t complete any of quests, loss of exp toward completing the reward track so less gold to buy packs when the expansion hits, the inability to play the current tavern brawl while everyone else has had accessed to it for the past 2 days.

I’m not happy with this at all.
