When is blizzard allowing the new players to access Knights of the frozen throne and Kobolds and catabombs adventures?

When are the developers gonna fix this problem? They posted on April 9th that they will bring the 2 adventures back.

As per blizzards normal time line “soon”. There has been no further info on it as far as I know.
