Since today, whenever I queue up for any hearthstone mode (even solo mode vs innkeeper), the game stutters and the cancel button disappears as if I have found a match, but the spinner never stops spinning and instead of loading into the match after a few seconds I get the “You are currently offline” error message.
I have an ethernet connection and I have restarted my router but the issue is still the same. I have tried deleting and remaking my deck, using another deck, restarting the game, restarting my PC, clearing my hearthstone cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling hearthstone completely. I have renewed my IP and flushed DNS. I have disabled my antivirus as well, and have tried using a VPN as well as not using a VPN, and nothing seems to fix the issue. Here is a link to another person who is having the same issue today, this issue is not specific to me:

I am in China, and this person is in Asia as well, so it is possible that this is only affecting players in Asia because western streamers are not having issues, as far as I can tell.
Edit March 27 20:00 Shenzhen time: I am still unable to play on NA and EU server with the same issue, but I have discovered I have no issues on the Asia server. However, my entire collection is on NA and many other people have this issue as well, so please fix this asap. Hope this helps in troubleshooting.
