Which is all well and good, but are you denying a card that is based on a wheel of fortune goes against what a large part of the player base actually wants?
Don’t get me wrong, I love new yogg and I’ll probably craft him in gold even though I’ve got very little dust and gold saved, but you have to understand he’s a card that’s gonna make people mad when he’s exactly what everyone has been vocally asking for less of.
Every single Yogg card they have made is stupid and been horrible for the game. That said, this is the third (fourth?) time they have made a Yogg card. If you did not see this coming you weren’t paying attention.
Team Five is OBSESSED with RNG and the Yogg is the poster boy for that obsession. If your still playing Hearthstone and you don’t like or can at least tolerate RNG then I’m not sure what game you think you have been playing all these years.
Got back to game after like idk 3 or 4 years, made a paladin deck for standard and made the opponent mage to 6 life while I was 29. I had 10 minions with a minimum of 3 damage each and mage had like 1 random minion down. looked liked an easy win, even when he dropped that card and wheel stayed on cast pyro until a hero dies. I mean 11 target vs 2 target. I died… will go to quit the game and check the game 3 years later. hf
But it’s more Fun for the community to playtest the game itself.
People actually enjoy being able to try whatever they imagine with new cards rather than devs just cutting the fun out of it before the game even starts.
It literally doesn’t matter how many minions you have on board. The only way in which this was SUPER unlucky was he only needed 1 pyroblast, you needed 3. But… I mean that’s just a super unlucky Yogg for you.
when you make a new thread, the forum tells you “there are already similar threads to yours”.
I think this is a hint that we should write in old threads instead of creating new ones, if the topic is the same
