Whats with this games queue sytem?

so when i queue up shaman i play 7 dk in a row i switch to dk and i play nothing but warrior and priest for 8 games in a row i switch back to shaman 5 dk in a row… does this game queue your opponent based on what hero you pick?

i think so and based on your deck . atleast i saw someone say that before.

i do get alot of priests but in general i get like 90% mages these days

No, it’s random, a main dev confirmed it last month again.

Ignore that sad person. He only loses, so he thinks everyone is cheating.

Kinda strange of you to call Carnivore a shill, considering that you’re the one claiming the game is rigged. That’s true shilling for blizzard, you’re the one claiming the game is secretly way more fun than it seems and all you need to experience all that fun is a different matchmaking algorithm.

I could not find any official information on how MMR works exactly. MMR is hidden unfortunately. It is possible, that different heroes have differen MMR ratings in casual mode. For ranked however: No.

all those classes have high playrate

Maybe the devs believe it is random… but it is not I am sure too… I play only Paladin and I know exactly what kind of enemies I get if I play aggro and what kind I get for control. So yes, the MM is watching your deck and matching you with enemies which are hard for you. Thats why you need to prepare your deck against most of enemy types and show it you can beat them to let you rank up… Anyway… the MM is try to force 50% lose rate on you and RNG making this easy for it… so if you want to win more than 50% you need skills.

I don’t get what you mean. Games have extremely deterministic code. If the programmers know it’s random then it’s definitely random.

Yes it is random… but randomity pool is changing depending on your deck. They are not lie… they just not telling everything.

No, Celestalon was extremely explicit on that so it leaves no doubt on that topic, he said that the deck composition you have does not have any effect on matching.

x to doubt i play the same 2 decks over and over till i change my deck to counter them and i never see that deck again till i change back to og deck…

i legit just played vs 6 dk games in a row switched decks to paladin now im in my 3rd warrior game in a row…

just built dungar druid and have played 5 priests in a row when i havnt played a single priest in the last 3 days with dk or shaman im calling complete bull on it being random

you obviously stumbled upon the “destroy those who do not pay” system developed by blizzard for all its online games, congratulations you are a hamster in a wheel

I had similar ideas, but then I figured tilting makes me assume things. Use a replay recorder like Firestone and check the opponent list of your last few games.

You’ll see you are likely not getting only the same class. You may not even lose always to that class but the most recent loss is triggering.
