I posted a post about the matching mechanism before, and some players asked me if I knew the meaning of popularity. When I replied to him, I told him that I was wrong, so I posted another one.
If popular means the largest number of players, then druids are the most popular profession right now. But the most popular profession last season was thieves, and the profession I encountered most was dk. Was I abandoned by “popular” last season? I’m changing a set of cards for druids now. Can I match him six times in eight games? It’s good to match two times in eight games.
Please believe it. I once matched all mages. When I changed a card for mystery, I never matched mages again, and mages suddenly were not “popular”
