Hearthstone has totally crashed. I tried reading online to find out and there’s no good info.
After spending a fair amount over the years, it’s really disappointing from Blizzard, like they have millions and they can’t provide a reliable experience.

Name a card game that isn’t all rng and luck LMAO. You have to draw the right starting hand, and there is no way to stop drawing your end board on your opening hand. Card games are always rng. If playing a TCG at your locals and someone always has the same few cards in their starting hand… its not skill, it is blatant cheating.

Magic Online/Arena were my bread and butter before HS. I took a break from Arena to return to HS for several reasons. I really like the simplicity of the card abilities in HS vs the insane amount of text they’re cramming into these new Magic cards. As of now, Magic Arena has 18 formats, which is entirely way too convoluted and confusing. It has a tavern pass similar to HS, and in comparing both, the rewards in MTGArena are much more plentiful in terms of getting packs. There’s no dusting in Arena but you can purchase wildcards in the store, which would be the equivalent of being able to purchase dust.
I tried Runeterra but it couldn’t grab my attention enough. In general, the appeal and the fun I’d like to get out of these just isn’t there. I’d love to just be able to sling cards and enjoy regardless of wins or losses, instead of playing against the same decks and having it feel like a job.
The servers shut down December of 2023 it doesnt exist anymore
Playing YU-GI-OH but even this game has its problems, but if you put together a strong deck it will run effectively, very different from this rubbish game, I put 29 plague in the warrior’s deck and the guy won the game. This game is rubbish!!
Yugioh is not really comparable to other card games. Plenty of decks just need one card to completely combo their deck and set up 6+ negates.
I play MTG Arena, Master duel, Hearthstone and Pokemon online. Hearthstone is a baby card game compared to even pokemon lol.
I highly recommend Warhammer 40000 Warpforge, it feels like playing HS but with some new mechanics such as flying units that can only be damaged by ranged attacks, each minion has melee or ranged attack points
