What did yall do to Battlegrounds

Battlegrounds is the ONLY mode I play in Hearthstone and this update is SO unbalanced that I felt like I had to come here to see if others agreed.

I normally play pretty casually on break or after work. I seem to get to 5k plus and I win some in that range and lose some.

However, this season it is 100% RNG if I am going to win or lose. I am at 3k and I know by turn 4 or so how the game is going to turn out because some finish their quests right away and others are stuck with them all game.

But you pick hero, and then you pick quest, and then you decide if you want to finish it fast or not. That is not 100% rng, ypu have options and choices. Best of luck going forward, keep on trying and learning :smile:

Seems your post on other threads hit otherwise…

Its on turn 4 you get to pick quest, so at that time you can hold 2-3 minions, or spells. You dont know what quest you get, but you only take 5dmg, and maybe get to finish your quest the turn you get it, so its a gamble :grin:

The only problem i have… is 4star quilboar that have Rally and gives 3 bloodstones on itself…

It should be at least 5 star… 60% games wins person with who gets it online 1st

quilboar seem to win ever single game, that ive seen been leaving games with quilboar in them because i already know how that will turn how, i have been playing less and less.

If i had payed for gamepass or put any money into this game, i would be livid right now… its just so apparent that put no thought or effort into balance this season.

does any one know who head dev is for battlegrounds this season?

I agree with most comments (I posted similarly on another thread)… including that this is the first time I haven’t bought the battle pass and I don’t think I will this time because hero choice has so little affect on the game this season! BTW, why isn’t there a BG specific section to the forum??? Makes it difficult to find the right place to post (a relevant thread).
