I logged into Hearthstone and suddenly got a message “pack has been added to your account from outside of the game” and it had a weird screen that sadly I didn’t screenshot, I felt very panicked and just exited out immediately. There’s no trace of the pack in my transactions list. I am not connected to any promotional offers. I went back in and clicked on the pack but didn’t open it. I don’t trust it. What is going on??? Please help!
Did you by any chance got the free packs from shop?
Already got those and opened them. This was something different, from outside the game. Still waiting to hear from blizzard support. They sent me a reply listing the ways you might get free packs from them, but they were the normal gifts. This was not normal. The weird screen with computer writing on the left side freaked me out more than the pack itself. I just want them to look where the pack came from and tell if it’s ok. And to remove it if possible.
got the same message, noticed today alot of my cards were missing as well.
Thank you. Glad to know it isn’t just me. I hope things work out for both us. Did you open your pack? I left mine unopened and am just not buying packs, playing wild with the cards I already have.
opened it, missing some cards i think its from the core set swap out but idk yet it team looking into it for me with a ticket.

I was told by support from my ticket that it was likely a bug or a delayed pack, but that since I had posted in the tech forum, they should be able to give me a more complete answer. Thank you for your reply <3
Sorry for the late reply. That’s why I asked if you got the free packs from the shop. Happened to me aswell. The offer was 4 packs but I only claimed 3. When i logged in the next day, I got the very same notification about the pack that was missing.
