The Weekly Quest “Play 10 Games of Hearthstone Ranked Mode” stops progressing after you get to nine wins. At first I though I had just miscounted, but it also failed to progress after another game. I am playing the full game out, not conceding early.

Something similar happen to me, but with daily quest, not weekly quest. The following quest “Play 3 games with Druid, hunter and priest”
Edit: also “Deathknight, priest and warlock” so i supose all daily quest.

This is happening to me as well. I have a Weekly Quest to spend 650 mana, but when I reached 645 mana spent, it stopped progressing. I closed out Battle.net, signed back in, played 2 matches, and the mana count on the quest still remained at 645.
I have a daily quest “Cast 12 Frost or Shadow Spells”. It was at 8/12 before starting a game with my wild cancer shadow priest. I played the spells Raise Dead, Acupuncture, Mind Sear and Mind Blast during a match that I won, and this quest was not completed.
My weekly quest, “Play 10 games of Hearthstone ranked mode” which was at 0/10 before the game (which I thought was odd bc I played last night) was still at 0/10 after winning this wild game.
It may be a purely visual bug. I logged all the way out, restarted battle.net, logged back in to Hearthstone. My Shadow Spells quest was now complete, and my weekly games quest was at 1/10.
Adding my report that I’m experiencing this with a Daily Quest of “Play 3 games as Priest, Rogue, or Warlock”. I just played three games as Rogue in Wild (won 2, lost 1), and the quest is still at 0/3. So no, it’s not just a visual issue, because the quest should have actually completed.
An update on this: try restarting the client! My quest had disappeared but I had received the XP because I could now claim the next reward track level. Still a bug that needs to be fixed because it’s confusing as hell, but for folks struggling, try restart the client to get updated progress and/or completed XP!

Hi I had a quest play 3 games with demon hunter. I’m playing them and they don’t count. Only the one game I lost, that count. The other 3 I won, didn’t, and also didn’t count as hero wins, so that I will get closer to the 1000 wins portrait. Can u do something to make them count?
I started Hearthstone with 3 daily quests. Play drinks 7/12, play 3 games as DK, Mage or Rogue, and play 3 games as Druid, Mage or Shaman.
I played 3 games as Mage, also played 4 drinks during those. Now I still have all 3 quests exactly the same as before, even the 7/12 drinks is the same.
Same thing happened to me this morning… daily quest (3 games with warlock) which I played, didn’t advance at all…none of the weekly quests advanced either, play 10 games, battle cry minions and spend mana
I can confirm the issue with the daily quests (weekly quests are already completed). Played several matches as Warrior in Ranked Standard, neither wins nor losses counted and the quest was still at 0/3 after restarting the client.
Looks like quests don’t progress, experience isn’t awarded, and wins don’t count towards golden heroes. Might not apply to everyone but this seems to be happening.
Also happening with game play achievements. but log out and back in and achievement is credited.

Same problem, but I’m not getting credit for any of my quests right now. Problem started yesterday, everything worked before then.

same problem in mercenary mode. i have to restart the game to see the progression.
i can confirm this too … but a game restart already fixed it.
And also i claimed the free perils normal pack and it was not present in pack opening , restarted game , " a pack was assigned from outside the game " popup appeared like the drops , and pack was there …
