Downloaded the update and started playing… played two games and none of my quests changed. Googled to this post and saw the post suggesting to restart the game… I quit and restarted HS and all my quests that should have progressed were properly updated.
SOLUTION > Restart HS
Same thing just happened to me, I didn’t get any credit for daily or weekly quests, I didn’t even get credit for the win under my DK stats.
It’s the same thing happening to me. I played the three games as Shammy, but only the one I played yesterday has counted.
All my daily and weekly quests have stopped progressing.
Play 10 game of Hearthstone stopped at 1/10 though I have played 3 games.
Use my hero power is stuck at 8/30 even though I have been using it nonstop in Hearthstone and Battleground games.
Damage a hero is stuck on 21/65 and not progressing even though I have done a lot of damage in Battlegrounds and Hearthstone games.
I have the same problem, and until today, restarting the game was updating the quests.
But today I had to play 12 nature spells, and I usually do that by playing Mercenaries (RIP), but it didn’t count. Not even after a restart. WTH? Is Mercenaries not even good to do these kind of quests anymore?
mercenaries is also bugged i think , all the chest , quest progression, rank rewards , etc require to restart and an extra step to go back to mercenaries mode to be awarded in a strange way with chests appearing …
So is possible you need a second restart after joining mercenaries mode.
Nope, multiple reboots, and still didn’t count my spells. At least I got the loot, but only after I opened Mercenaries mode.
How can Blizz still eff up this kind of basic stuff?

it’s every quest. I have had to log in an d out repeatedly to resolve.
