The card itself isn’t the issue, it’s how it can be used with other specific cards, like being given reborn, or anything that triggers its deathrattle without killing it. Right now this is a powerful card in pretty much any zerg DK deck, especially combined with Baneling
congratulations you just explained why the card is in fact an issue. because it has an OP effect and can be triggered way too easily with tons of cards.
Especially in addiiton how zerg can pull many new cards out of their rear end while protoss and terrans cant do that. wich makes the permanent effect extremely useful
infestor isnt that bad the real emergency was solved with the ban
the game doesnt have anything as bad as that hunter deck
after they banned that card
and youve been here long enough to know for sure they wont wait a month for the next balance patch because they been releasing balance patches weeks after new content is released for years
Even leaving it as a deathrattle it’s not exactly fast to get Infestor set up to pump your zerg to dangerous level, and a big downside is DK zerg is light on taunt minions, so they’re open to direct damage pretty much the whole match
They need to nerf infester asap, I think the real problem is its buff acts like an aura, it counters modifiers like lock on, horn of the wind lord, equality, and Amitus 2/2 reduction on all enemy minions. Infester needs to be a hand buff archetype, or the in play minions need to be able to be changed by opponent modifiers. It’s literally free wins. Since the miniset I’ve played against maybe 80-85% DK decks.
What about protoss druid with groovy cat buffing the protoss hero power. I just had a druid do full 30 damage with hero power ×2 and leeroy. Very annoying and no way to stop it.
yea caught that the first time this morning altho im told thats only a visual bug the stats show the buff but supposedly its not there i didnt pay attention when said mob hit me so i cant verify
