I agree. I believe in todays world its easier to release new cards than tone down the existing cards because nerfing one class will only show the next broken class and the cycle continues. People are always quick to cry for nerfs when they find a card that gives them a bad time.
WHAT is a meme for a reason ? Can you care to specify what you mean or do you need lessons ?
When i don’t have " Proof for my claims " i highlight my personal feeling about it, so yeah, doesn’t seem like there’s anything wrong with that. Except if you’re a warlock with stingy buttcheeks. My answer amounts to a lot of things, i pointed out why some cards are broken and my opinion on how they should be nerfed, i think they got too influenced by sargeras being the strongest character in wow lorewise, but if you willingly want to see a " nuh uh, you ", you will see it, because it’s easier for someone that actually didn’t bring anything to the table other than complaining about people that think the game is in a bit of an unbalanced position, and don’t necessarily agree with whatever the team does just because one deck is considerably strong and easier than the others, and don’t necessarily wanna ride the wave like you do.
You’re not too new to crying about cards that give you a bad time judging by your posts and answers. Maybe because they’re not cards you play. Just maybe. You know sargeras is not just a " bad time " card but you couldn’t care less about admitting it because it’s convenient to you.
I think he’s a fun card in wild control matchups but understand if standard is too soft for his abilities. In the end if Warlock gets nerfed it might be your class in the crosshairs of the next major nerf. I almost think a nerf is warranted just so people like yourself can finally dry up their tears.
Or people like myself could start enjoying the game without having to face the same brutal deck over and over and over again without having the palpable need ( not the choice ) of using it throwing a coin flip everytime ( everytime ) i face a mirror
At least you’re admitting it’s a wild card and if it only had belonged there i would be okay with the way it is but still would have nerfed symphony.
It’s a start.
Oh… So game balance should be regarding your enjoyment? Got it.
Should be regarding everyone’s. What i said with an i meant to be extended with a we by people with a bit of common sense, which only purpose isn’t strawmanning arguments like no tomorrow and seeing what’s convenient to see in whatever they read. It sounds like you think the game should be regarding your enjoyment tho, yet another projection, because you clearly see nothing wrong with the most broken card in the game right now.
both of these cards are fine and symphony was unplayable at 6
and think the best nerf target would be forge of wills maybe maybe change it to 4 mana or ironbound giant dies at the end of the turn
Make portal, give imps taunt, GG
Warlock has tons of ways to be great without that card, let alone it being that dam strong every single turn 2 taunt imps lmao. Give this to my Mage deck plz just spawn 2 exploding skeletons every turn and that can be buffed to 4 x] Already can’t play Mage weak Titan anymore. Gets one weak effect and its gone.
are you pissing players off with this week full of RNG are you serious ???
Settle down Karen. //
OP should know these forums get swarmed by HS dev’s trying to defend their own stupid ideas. Of course the Warlock titan is too strong. Either the portal should go when Sargeras goes or at the very least the ability giving the imps a buff should be replaced. No one here gives a nuanced rebuttal because HS dev’s are degenerates. End of story.
imho i think the warrior population is causing the warlock flood. i don’t think either should be nerfed. the only nerf i would truly get behind is…
Theotar to 4 mana!!! nerf them all, and bring back the duke!!!
seriously this would make every deck vulnerable, and force new builds to defend against it.
GENIUS!!

Well, the twin taunt imps are fine, til the warrior has his windfury weapon on, two armor buffing spells and a starfish in hand to make it a moot point as he whomps the warlock for 50 damage.
The Ability to get 3/4 imps with taunt, plus this is done every end turn with no cost is beyond the measures of op. Taking into account all the other cards that a warlock possess.
This card should be nurfed, it is completely unplayable for any other players. This is not a matter of skills or decks, is just a matter of being op. I do not know why you defend this. It is supposed to be a fun and of course competitive game.
What kind of moron thinks an almost unstoppable spawning of two 3/4’s with taunt every turn is a fair ability. Shouldn’t have to rely on Theotar, dirty rat, or minion counters to beat the Warlock.
By the time anything is done about the card; it wont matter anymore.
Nah, that is not a solution because then it doesn’t really matter what you do and the game is determined by two RNG factors:
1 Did you draw and managed to play your Patchwerk, Dirty Rat, Theotar before your opponent managed to do that with their win condition (Sif, Odyn, Sargeras)
2 Were you lucky enough to to roll that 10-20% (a bit more with Theotar) and actually ruined your opponents game plan.
If I wanted to roll the dice I’d play dice instead of a CCG ![]()
As is it forces a no skill/no fun gameplay in HS.
Biggest problem with Sargeras imo is that he gets so easily mana cheated and someone getting sargeras out on round 5 means the game is pretty much over.
Hearthstone has always been pretty rock, paper, scissors game… if your deck is so slow that sargeas coming down is the end all of the game then just face facts that you’re scissors and warlock is your rock.
Warlock gets murdered by any direct damage face deck… OTK druid, shaman, mage… curse warlock… any deck that puts any pressure on usually has a strong chance to win since warlock is a really slow deck
The only argument for nerfing sargeas and its not a very good one is that it will be included in almost any warlock deck for the next 2 years (or however long the rotation is) and thats going to get real boring real fast.
