Handlock got enough tools this expansion separate from the Quest that it could become viable post nerf.
What’s been holding it back this past month were the various Combo decks and the general speed of the game.
If the meta conditions are right, Handlock could be viable against Aggro and have an end-game win condition in Jaraxxus.
Or Warlock could just go back to the Tickatus/Corrupt package, which I would hate to see become popular again.
Do you think the meta will slow enough to permit handlock to function, though?
Without the combo decks punishing it, Warlock has more than enough removal and healing to keep up with Aggro. It could even go back to running Sunfury Protectors since it has access to Giants again.

i mean its pretty clear what i am referring to. anyone who post on here long enough will see every once in awhile post get pretty out of hand and its always the same group of people involved who say some down right evil things. yet they never get banned and often the entire threads are deleted and removed. but people see and people remember, it is why blizzard forums are so well known as a toxic place. every blizzard game seems to have a cynically core in the fan base.
not sure cause I play wild exclusively but warlock as a whole, that means all decks, feels like playing on begginer mode -not even easy mode: is just that overtuned

Has Blizzard ever put out the data that would let us know if there are biases in the VS data? It’s pretty easy to imagine how they might be off, but without evidence it is pretty much conjecture.
It’s not just Warlock. The entire expansion is a failure.
Power creep and solitaire is all that this game has now.
Actually there are two different warlock decks; D6 and Handlock.
D6 is a combo deck containing just Darkglare, Stealer of Souls and Nightshade Matron as the demons, so you can use Free Admission and Runed Mithril Rod to do a discount on those demons, so you can go off and complete your quest in one turn. This is the quest deck people that hate so much.

Handlock is a control deck. containing Flesh Giant and Goldshire Gnoll. This is the new face of handlock and it aims to kill people with giants and battlemaster. The quest is mosly just there to recover some health and help discount the giants, and act as the final backup plan in a control matchup where the opponent is able to remove all your threats. This is a legitimate control deck that can beat face hunter and void priest.

Thus handlock is already back, it just doesn’t run the 4 mana warlock card that summons a minion equal to the size of your hand. The deck originated from nohandsgamer, he is a very good deck builder.
There was a poster last year who bragged about getting kicked out of LOL. They kept getting suspended and they finally got banned.
I think he might have gotten Mallenroh mixed up in his toxic posts and got him suspended as a result.
I friended them before that scuffle, and I remember they had no problem throwing undirected racial epithets like candy.
