Waiting for authorization

I’m a new registered player and I want to purchase 60 packs on my iPhone. I didn’t ask me for my apple id password and said purchased successfully. While it actually didn’t, there’s no packs on my account and no money spent from my credit card. Now everytime I go to the shop in the game, it says waiting for authorization and it just keeps in this way forever. I tried the way in the previous topics but it didn’t work, so I tried to contact the official help department for this.

Hi there this just happened to me.
Tried purchasing Mega Bundle Pre Purchase on my iPhone, then stuck on never ending Waiting for Authorisation loop…

How did you resolve this?

Hey there,

Here are some instructions to bypass the authorization message:

  1. First, reset your password. This will force log out any logged in device.
  2. Log back in ONLY with the device used to originally make the purchase.
  3. Let the device sit on the authorization screen. It should time out after ~20 minutes

So I attempted each step described above and I’m still having the same issue. I really want to give you guys my money but your not letting me lol.
