The report is out,has been for a few days but i only now do see it.

Some of the decklists are a bit off. Their combo druid list i think is off the most.
You must have missed Phobetor’s post then.
It’s because you don’t have Trust Level 3, which requires a ridiculous amount of engagement to get. Trust Level 2 can post links to Blizzard sites and approved third-party sites like Twitter and YouTube, but neither Vicious Syndicate not HSReplay are included.
They curate their lists with the versions of the decks that are performing the best. I don’t really see what the value is presenting worse lists of the same design type.
You are questioning the OP knowing the game better than the Vicious Syndicate people?!
