I have booked a venue to run a small LAN in Columbus, OH, and the current requirements for running a tournament are about 3 years out of date. I wanted to check in and see if I could get a response regarding what is appropriate regarding promotional material, prizing, and other potential requirements for a tournament. If anyone here knows about updated requirements, or if I could hear back from a CM, it would be good to get the resources out there and help make grassroots tournaments a bigger possibility.

Have you tried contacting Blizzard support directly? It may seem like a trite question but my thinking is that if anything should come of it in the future, you have a paper trail that shows your attempts to seek clarification, and any further communications in the future.
