I just wanted to share this:
I was having many disconnects lately and so I posted about it in the bug forums.
I did get a Blue respond saying they are “looking into it”.
Sadly, after more than 2 weeks this is still not solved.
The thing that is even sadder to me is the direction the game design is headed to.
I have written many times about the things I find broken in this game. you can search an see for your selves. Some of them were liked by the community while others were not. and thats ok 
So what I’m trying to say is that I think I have reached a point where the pile up of the broken things in the game (game design and now the technical issues) have come to a lvl at which I am not having fun AT ALL.
I mostly find myself getting mad at the game (be it due to disconnects, losing to some crazy combo in wild like the 2 free turns mage, and lately to some realy stupid (imo) super fast agrro decks in normal. This is after a period that I have even stopped playing wild. and I loved wild. but its way too broken and since there is no attention given by Blizzard to issues in wild and since those issues only grow as time passes I have decided to uninstall.
I had some realy good times with this game. most of them were a LONG time ago. I think it started to get too stupid for me during the frozen Throne XPac.
Add to that the new version of “adventures” that I really hated and didnt even bothered to buy (not even with gold, after getting the first adventures with real money)
So, if anyone at Blizz sees this and cares about it - you now know why I stopped puting real money into this and now - uninstalled completely.
To the community - have fun! you were nice and helpful in many occasions and I thank you for that!

If you are getting D/C all the time that is on you and or your ISp provider not Blizz.
In many many instances I have found that 1 single piece of software or a setting inside of windows causes a ton of headaches. If it was a lot of people then it would be Blizz but if it is an extremely small group of people it is most likely on them.

I’m continually amazed at the complete lack of empathy in these forums.
I got disconnected about 20 times yesterday. It’s totally Blizzard’s problem/fault that almost all iPads disconnect for moving cards, just trying to start a game, etc.
The OP is totally justified in his dismay at the developers.

Problem is MOST cases it is the clients issue not the companies issue. So empathy is hard to come by when 99% of the player base is NOT having this issue. I remember getting really mad at a game company because every single night between a certain time i would get kicked off crash etc.
1 month after I let them have it our router went out we got a new one and guess what? Game never crashed again… go figure
So one game is causing d/c’s so it’s most likely the person that is playing the game instead of the game?
When you lose to a meme deck you know its time to uninstall.

2 Elven Archers. Shockingly effective early in the game with mortal coil.
2 Razorfen Hunters.
Suddenly its turn 4 and staring at the board asking myself, am I going to lose to this crappy deck when he drops a taunt and I cant do enough dmg to wipe the board much less a single unit.
Drops a Frostwolf making it a 9/9 and another taunt I am at 19 health. Yeppers, I am going to lose to a crappy deck. Wow. Those back to backs early in the game, which if I was running a deck trader the odds of getting double on the bumps in the first 6 cards is astronomical.
Not going to cut half of my collection so I can make a never ending board wipe deck but that’s what one needs in this meta. Along with 6 silences.

I was playing on iPad too and it crashed on me a few times and I had to restart. Didn’t used to have this problem. I think the game is really getting more resource intensive. They should see how to optimise it since most of the actions and calculations happen in the server.
Maybe not adding so many frills such as animations might help?

They have massive unaddressed issues on mobile for several expansions now. It’s become clear to many that they are in over their head. They have let month after month pass by without even communicating about this. If you have ever worked at a failing company, you know what that means.

Becoming unplayable. Crashes every two games. If I was playing ranked, I would have been screwed. Hope they fix it before next season when I’d try to rank up again.

I don’t know if this is the same issue as you but…
I updated my AMD video card with the newest software suite offered. Afterward Hearthstone would disable my video card and HS wouldn’t work. I tried reinstalling video card, blizzard launcher, and HS. Nothing worked, and the problem kept happening. Over and over it say a driver isn’t installed after HS flipped out trying to load. I found if I actually went to device manager and disabled the video card then enable it the problem seemed fixed… .until I tried to run HS.
So I went crazy and reinstalled a clean windows 10 allowing windows to remove all apps and start a fresh install. I didn’t install AMD graphics manager app though. I just let windows pick the driver. Just in case it’s an AMD software issue.
Problem was solved… for now!
