We’ve seen a lot of confusion and reports today around Twitch Drops granting Ashes of Outland Card Packs, and wanted to share an update with you all on what happened.
Today, a Twitch Drops error resulted in players receiving multiple Ashes of Outland Card Packs from watching various Hearthstone streams between 8:30AM – 5PM PT. While this was not intended, we will not be removing any packs from players who received them.
Is there a twitch drop going on? I don’t see any news about it.
There is not a single post on this forum about it.
I’d rather see the forum talk about more stuff like this than whining.
Because there wasn’t an official Twitch Drops event. Rather, some Hearthstone streams were randomly giving drops yesterday. It was likely an error, and those lucky enough to be watching Twitch while it was going on (hi!) got two free AoO packs out of it.
Wow lucky chaps! Haha. They should have this now and then.
