I’ve been running a self made deck lately and I’m alreasy on Diamond 4 without having even played that much and Cage Head is making me win a lot
Still, I haven’t seen any popular deck using that card on either Hearthpwn or Hsreplay, why?
I wouldnt call it underrated but underplayed. It’s pretty obviously a strong card.
Right now is just not unholy time, frost and blood perform better.
This could change soon, minor changes to the meta or buff/nerfs could bring unholy quickly back on track.
The entire point of playing DK for people is that they didn’t need to put any new cards into any of the decks to play them.

Idk, till now I’m only losing to Undead lock and sometimes control priest/bdk if I have bad aggro

It’s a Win Con from Unholy DK, the least popular archetype of DK. Few people are going out of their way to craft it until the deck proves itself, and it might never get the chance to do so. It’s just another OTK combo in a sea of OTK combos.
