You can use a meta deck and still lose, luck beats skill and a good deck. There is a reason people had hope for shadow verse 2 till it showed it was just pay to win. Just do like most of us do swap to free playing pop in off and on to see if it got better and let the game sink only thing they understand
the biggest problem blizzard has is that their devs and customer lack of support both have fragile egos. Tell them they did something wrong? they double down like 3 year olds throwing a tantrum. Call them liars for lying once and get permabanned from one of their games. I have the receipts on that one, truly sad state of affairs when minor criticism gets you banned because of the special snowflake mindsets.
