I have had at least three instances where in duels they have utterly killed me before I even got to five mana. Also you need to check battlegrounds for bots. I’ve had two instances where on turn two both players already had five minions dealing lethal damage and I instance of a single player having four to five minions over 2 to 3 hundred attack each. Hardly fair from anyone’s standpoint.

I got banned to my hs account (Automation of Gameplay also known as bots) but I don’t know why, I’m not a bot. Can I send an appeal to someone? I sent a ticket, but I don’t know if they’re going to deal with it.

This morning I attempted to play standard. All my games were against barcode bot accounts (names with random letters and numbers). All these games are the same. The bots play vanilla cards, and only attack your face. It’s very predictable as the cards are just free standard cards on a curve. It’s killing my enjoyment of the game. You have to prevent new accounts from being created. This is completely out of control. I’m certain they just created new accounts the moment you banned this 135k accounts.

Same. The ban did nothing. It’s clear these botters have automated the bot creation process to create new accounts to farm gold. Every games is the same snd I have not seen a real player from bronze 10 to gold 5. I can hardly bring myself to continue yo play. At what rank will I stop seeing bots

It may be a while, I just played 5 bots in a row from Diamond 10 to Platinum 6.

Same on my end. All of the replies I’ve received appear to be template responses or automated. The last ticket even claimed that they’d done an “extensive investigation on my WoW account and confirmed the ban”- but the ban was for hearthstone! That seems to confirm that there isn’t any real investigation process or moderation. I’ve played the game for a decade and I don’t even use my gold. I’ve spent thousands on HS and have been top 10. I would never bot and never did. It’s ridiculous.

It’s funny that they banned accounts for boting, but their communication is only through the “ticket bot“

Ahahaha… exactly you right. 3rd day created tickents on US EU servers, and get same useless answer from bots with gaming rules, and nothing about my fault. I have 3k-4k unopened packs and arroung 180k dust, playing arena only.

Very nice system this company has because this account got banned playing mercenaries same reason as others 3 party app at time while was playing i had hearthstonedeck tracker e vanguard from riot games open, so tell me please which one of those 2 is a botting app?

also lvl 72~73 battle pass i think, returned to play the game couple days before christmas, played majority of time mercenaries everyday until february 07.
Maybe i should’ve gotten a better bot if i wanted farm xp! /s

Deliberate inactivity was already against the license agreement, and anyone with any common sense should know that getting XP while you’re not even playing the game in person isn’t okay. You deserve a permanent ban

I am also trying to appeal my ban offense for “Automation of Gameplay or Bots”. The likely cause is the amount of time spent on adventures farm per day is an outlier, but it was all done manually. I hate being accused of botting, and it is frustrating getting the same robotic response and my tickets auto-closing leaving me without a chance to appeal or plead my case. I still hope I can get an account specialist to review, but it is starting to look grim.
