I am facing an issue with my Hearthstone account where I am unable to buy an arena or duels heroic pass on mobile. May I understand what is wrong?

Usually that happens if there is still an arena or duel still in progress. See if you can continue or end it and then try that purchase again. If it persists, I’m afraid Customer Support can’t do much to investigate the cause and a bug report would be best so the developers can dig deeper into what’s going on.
