Upon opening the game the main Hearthstone tab (where ranked/wild/casual is) is listed as unaccessible to me. Has been this way since the update at 1pm today. Have tried accessing the game from both mobile and PC and this issue is present on both. Have also tried re-installing/repairing and does not seem to resolve the issue.
Also the shop is listed as closed and has been since the update as well for me which seems to be a bug as people streaming the game seem to have access to it.

A known issue that is still an issue. But thanks for repeatedly posting that snippet as it really helps with updates to the problem of not being able to play the game for 18 hours.
Ahh thanks for responding, issue is still present this morning but eagerly looking forward to it being fixed as I’ve tried more stuff and can’t seem to resolve it myself.

Got the same issue, “Hearthstone” greyed out and shop closed on NA. Sucks for anyone with this problem since we are forced to play Arena/Tavern Brawl to complete any daily/weekly event quests.
take care hearthstone is a scam especially arena game mode, delete hearthstone and save your time and your money
