I have tried the trouble shooting steps that I was provided including the run command of %localappdata% to delete the cache folder from the blizzard folder on my Windows computer with no success.
Summary of problem:
The last day i was able to access and play hearthstone on the americas server on my Windows PC was 06/10/2024. I can no longer access and play hearthstone on Americas server. However, I can access and play Hearthstone on Europe, but all my collection is in America.
When I load hearthstone on Americas server with my account I get:
Fatal error screen. Closed. Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service. Please relaunch Hearthstone to reconnect.
Again, I explain that my boyfriend can login and play Hearthstone on my PC with his Battle.Net account with no error screens on America server… and I cannot login and play Hearthstone with my account both on his PC (Windows 11) and on my PC (Windows 10) with americas server (that is a standard test to check whether the issue is hardware related or account related – In my case, the result shows that it is account related).
Finally, Please escalate the issue and have a deeper examination of the issue with my account as I cannot access and play in americas but I could play on Europe server.

As stated in the technical support section, I am experiencing the same problem but in Europe. This cannot be an issue on my end, as I have tried with different computers and connections, and the problem persists. Everything started when the last in-game event ended on Monday, February 10th. I cannot log in at all, and my entire collection, the current battle pass, and all my progress are in there. I am desperate.
I have tried everything suggested in the forum and every piece of advice from support, but nothing works.

I have exactly the same problem since June 12 th.
I have done all the steps that tech support, google and reddit could give me and it doesn’t seem to have any results.
I even did a super cleanup where I deleted all files related to battle.net, blizzard and hearthstone from my computer.
the server restricts access to my account for some reason but it only happens on the america server.
I can even enter the American server by logging in with another account on the same computer

Yes I was wrong, not February 10th but June 10th, just after the event ended.
Something must have happened in the servers that screwed up.

I tried accessing the Americas server with my account after the battle net maintenance update that occured today Monday June 24, 2024 and there has been no fix.
Same in Europe: nothing changed.

I recently reported to blizzard that the game still didn’t work after the maintenance that recently occured and they mentioned that the developers are aware of our issue and working on fixing it. I guess there is hope for now…

Let’s hope it’s true. I believe we have to wait a long time before this mess is resolved. And I’m starting to think that it’s necessary to let some YouTuber or streamer know about our issue. They are considered.
did you try to delete your cache ? i had this" region specific issue "before and it was solved just by deleting the cache folder

Yes, tried deleting the cache on my computer and a diffferent computer that hearthstone is also on and no fix. Still cannot access Americas server, but europe server works just fine on both computers.

ridiculoushat does respond to a lot of posts on reddit. wild that we can’t have as much interaction on the forums. My google results today for “hearthstone forum” first suggested reddit before this website
there are more people over there so makes sense the community manager is over there too
it would make sense if he was there more, but it doesn’t make sense that he isn’t here at all
