Unable to play for the past week due to connection issues?

Hello, I’ve on mobile if that’s important.
For the past week or so, whenever I’ve tried to play, the game pops up saying “Unable to get update. Please check your connection settings” or something along those lines. However, I’ve not changed anything with my Internet provider nor my data provider. I’ve also tried different locations and even uninstalled the game only to get the same pop-up. If anyone could be of help, it would be much appreciated, even if I don’t expect any.

Is there an Anti-Virus/Firewall program on your phone that you could deactivate?

Did you try switching wifi and mobile connection?

I am also having the same issue as you. I don’t know what is wrong. I use an iphone 15. I also contacted support and it hasn’t been helpful. I am able to play on my laptop though.
