Unable to open Shop or see my amount of gold on Mobile

Support suggested I write here since they could not help me on their end.

I have been unable to access the shop on mobile for quite a while now, and in game the amount of gold I have is not listed. With support tickets and the FAQ listing, I have gone through their suggestions of how to try to clear it up. Verified my email, double checked my country of residence, connected to my google account, fully uninstalled and reinstalled. No change so far.
I am able to get to the shop when on the PC version at least, but still, any information on how to possibly fix my mobile issue would be appreciated.

Same here. I was hoping to get some answers, but considering it’s been 9 days without a reply means it’s not a wide spread issue.
