Hello, my account has not been able to log in to Hearthstone’s European server since August 11th, including windows 11 on PC and Android devices.
However, the US and Asian servers of the same account can be logged in and played normally, and my small account does not have the problem of logging in to the European serve.
When I entered the game, I was prompted with “Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service” and “hs:ct;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0”.
