Its bugged and not giving the correct dust, try again when they fix it

My problem is that I CAN’T disenchant signature Skyla… not that I received the wrong amount of dust. Which is not confirmed as a bug. The only thing mentioned is “If you received an incorrect amount of dust you will get an adjustment after the fix” There is no mention of when the fix will be rolled out. Will it be after 2 weeks, when you can’t get the full amount of dust anymore?
I am getting the same error and cannot disenchant my signature Skyla. Blizzard, when will this be fixed??? Too late for us to get the full dust refund?
