Its bugged and not giving the correct dust, try again when they fix it

My problem is that I CAN’T disenchant signature Skyla… not that I received the wrong amount of dust. Which is not confirmed as a bug. The only thing mentioned is “If you received an incorrect amount of dust you will get an adjustment after the fix” There is no mention of when the fix will be rolled out. Will it be after 2 weeks, when you can’t get the full amount of dust anymore?
I am getting the same error and cannot disenchant my signature Skyla. Blizzard, when will this be fixed??? Too late for us to get the full dust refund?

It’s been more than 14 days. Signature Portalmancer Skyla still can’t be disenchanted. Still the same problem…
Bug that affects the user: they ignore it.
Bug that benefits the user: red alert, all personal descend through emergency tubes to reach their machines faster and resolve it…
To be fair, the problem with Skyla giving the incorrect amount of dust was marked and confirmed as a bug quite fast. And some reported that they can disenchant skyla after the patch. It seems for whatever reason that some minority of players still can’t disenchant Skyla even after the patch.
This makes me worry that this thread was marked as a duplicate by mods. And thus, is being ignored.
It still gives an error message when trying to disenchant the card.
It works now. I was able to disenchant the card.
